Registration Process:

The deadline for registration is APRIL 30th or once the maximum number of campers have registered. Should we be full upon receiving your registration, you will be notified of your options.  You can choose to be on a wait list for your chosen week, or you can register for the other week, if there is still availability. Please keep in mind that....
 

• YOU are asking US to prepare for your precious princess to be with us for a week!  A lot of that preparation happens months before camp. We understand life happens, but please prioritize Camp Ellie Mae should another opportunity arise after registering. Last minute cancellations are not fair to girls who wanted to come to camp but could not, due to us reaching our maximum capacity during the registration process. When deciding to register your child, please pretend you paid a NON-REFUNDABLE  fee to attend :o) CEM IS FREE, but we use generous donations to purchase items and supplies in advance, anticipating your child's arrival.

 

WASTE is a BAD word at CEM! So, thank you in advance, for respecting all that CEM does, by keeping your end of the  commitment when you register your child to attend!

Registration is a TWO-STEP process:

1. Click on REGISTRATION BUTTON below to complete Part One. You will choose which week you prefer during the  PART ONE process.

2. Part Two will be emailed to you, upon receipt of a completed Part One.

PLEASE NOTE: If the information in Part One is incomplete, you will not receive Part Two, and will be asked to resubmit your Part One.

 

Upon our receipt of your completed & signed Part Two, your registration is then complete.

 

If you are sending more than 1 camper, please complete a separate registration FOR EACH CAMPER.

Drop-off and pick-up:

• ​​While we understand last-minute conflicts can occur beyond your control, we do ask that you arrive promptly for your stated drop-off and pick-up times, which will be outlined in Part Two of the registration process.  Thank you!
